The arrest

    After finding that Albert Fish was the killer the police had to find a way to arrest Fish. The landlord told the police that Fish returned every month to get his sons paycheck. Since the Police knew that Fish would be coming back they would stake out the property until he did. The police did not have to wait many days for him to come back.
